If you need to return your item to our service team for resizing or repair, you can purchase an insured shipping label from us instead of paying FedEx directly. We have a special insured jewelry shipping account with FedEx at 40-60% discounted rates compared to what you would pay if you go to FedEx directly. This product is for FedEx 2-Day insured shipping to us and back to you. When checking out, make sure to enter the address you'd like the item returned to as your shipping address. We'll email you a prepaid label to use in returning your piece to us.
Domestic (U.S.) Shipping:
-We offer free two-day shipping on all purchases.
-Overnight shipping is available at checkout.
-All packages are shipped through FedEx, fully insured, signature required.
-We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
