What’s Covered in Our Warranty?
Our two-year warranty covers complimentary polishing, cleaning, rhodium plating (for white gold rings), tightening of loose diamonds or gems, and replacement of any accent diamonds (center stones excluded). Unlike most warranties, we don’t stop at covering manufacturing defects, nor do we require that you have your jewelry inspected every six months to keep your warranty valid. We are here to help you maintain and cherish your jewelry long into the future. We also provide a free certified appraisal and certificate of authenticity to make obtaining insurance a breeze. After the two-year warranty expires, our master jewelers are here to support you with any maintenance needs at a discounted rate. Ring Resizing
If the fit of your ring isn’t quite right, don’t worry—we offer one complimentary resizing! Most resizings are uncomplicated. However, some rings, especially those with intricate designs, may require a remake rather than a simple resize. This can also be required when the correct size varies greatly from the original size. In such cases, we’ll work closely with you to determine next steps. While a remake does come with an additional cost, we are committed to helping you get the perfect fit. Beyond Our Warranty: Why Insurance Matters
While our two-year warranty covers maintenance for normal wear, it does not cover damage, loss, or theft. Though our rings are crafted to the highest standards, even the finest of jewelry can bend or break if subjected to external force. For full protection, we recommend insuring your ring through a jewelry insurance provider like BriteCo or an insurance company of your choice. Insurance adds a layer of security beyond our warranty, ensuring peace of mind for life’s unexpected moments. We also recommend removing your jewelry for activities that are likely to put it at risk.
